#1 Home Remedies

Chilled tea bags for puffy eyes – Put the bags on your eyelids and relax for 5 to 15 minutes as the tea bags work their magic is natural for your face and can instantly decrease puffiness around the eyes and make them look brighter and more awake.

Besan For Tan – Besan(Gram flour) is for a natural glow, it mild exfoliator to get rid of dead skin cells, tan, and sunburns. Take equal amounts of gram flour and curd in a bowl and mix them well. Apply this paste evenly on your face and neck, let it dry for half an hour before rinsing off with water.

Tomatoes to control excess oil – Shovel the pulp of one tomato and apply evenly on your face. Allow it to dry for 15 minutes and wash off with warm water and reveal naturally glowing skin.

Apple for open pores –  Open pores is a problem of every second people to get rid of open pores, place small apple slices on the face, and leave it for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can make a paste of apple peel, vinegar, honey, and some Multani mitti, and add rose water. Let it dry on your skin for 30 minutes and then wash off.

Papaya is for dead skin – Take out ¼ cup papaya flesh and blends it with 1 tablespoon of fresh pineapple to form a smooth mixture. Apply evenly and leave on for 5 to 15 minutes before rinsing off. get rid of dead skin cells and other impurities.

Cucumber and lemon- Take equal amounts of cucumber and lemon juice and apply on your face before taking bath. Let it stay for 10 minutes before washing it off. Regular use of this for blemishes and blackheads naturally and get a bright skin tone.

Aloe Vera for skin – Aloe vera gel has a nutritious and natural remedy that strengthens the skin to give it a natural glow. 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, A pinch of turmeric,1 teaspoon honey,1 teaspoon milk mix them well and make it a paste, Apply over face and neck, leave it on for about 20 minutes, Rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry, Apply this face pack 1-2 times a week.

#2 Avoid Long Hot Showers

Hot showers can infect the skin, cause redness, It takes away the natural moisture, and damage the skin’s natural shielding oil film. So limit showers to 10 minutes and keep the water cool.
