SAUCE Recipe

#1 Red Sauce

You would need 6 to 7 medium-size tomatoes. Put the tomato into the boiling water for 4 to 5 min, take them out, peel of the skin of the tomato, chop them, take some black pepper, chili flakes, salt, sugar, and chopped garlic.

Take a pan, put a tablespoon of olive oil, when oil is hot add chopped garlic, and roast the garlic for a couple of minutes, then add tomato, add chili flakes, Italian seasoning, black paper, salt, and sugar mix them well, and cook on a medium flame for 10 min, Now, the sauce is ready.

#2 White Sauce

Take 1 tablespoon of butter,1 Tablespoon of all-purpose flour (maida), salt, black pepper, 3 to 4 cups of cheese, and just a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 cup of milk.

Take a Pan add olive oil and butter add all-purpose flour, roast the flour until you get a nice aroma stir it continuously. Add milk and stir it properly while adding milk to the flour. Let it boil add cheese, salt, black pepper, cook it on medium flame unless it gets a little bit thick, Now White sauce is ready.

#3 Veggies 

Take some spinach and chopped them, some mushroom, onions, broccoli, green bell pepper, there is no particular choice in vegetable which you like you can add, some chopped garlic, basil, and salt, there is no particular choice in vegetable which you like you can add.

Take a pan add olive oil, add garlic and cook it, once garlic is done add some onion, mix them up, add mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli, spinach mix them well add salt and basil leave, and chili flakes, mix them and let them cooked unless the water is dried out. cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

#4 Layering

In layering, we need pre-cooked lasagna sheets and cheese. Take a dish to apply a little bit of oil over the dish put a layer of red sauce. Put cooked lasagna sheets and add a layer of red sauce above it. Put a layer of cooked vegetables, then a layer of white sauce, add cheese, and now repeat the process. Now the layering is completed cover it with foil.

Bake

Put the Lasagna into the preheated oven at 180° for the first 20 minutes. After 20 min take off the aluminum foil and cook it again for another 15 to 20 minutes. Now Lasagna is ready.

Just Slice and Serve it Hot.
