The PlayStation 5 has been one of the best releases for Sony and the most awaited event for all its fans as the gaming console had an unprecedented demand worldwide. Sony officially released PS 5 in the United States and many other markets from 19 November last year.

The next-generation gaming console will arrive in the Indian market on February 2nd. The pre-orders in India is starting from January 12 at 12 pm and will go live on Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Games The Shop, Shop at Sony Center, Vijay Sales, and other selected authorized retail partners.
The PS5 is powered by AMD’s Zen 2 CPU and a custom GPU from AMD based on Sony’s RDNA 2 architecture. It provides :
- 10.28 teraflops of power with 36 compute units running at 2.23GHz each. The system memory is 16GB.
- The new console will support real-time ray tracing for advanced visual effects and will have a solid-state drive (SSD).
- PS5 supports 3D audio
- The storage size is 825GB.
The company has decided to set the price of the PS5 from Rs 39,990 for the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and Rs 49,990 for the PlayStation 5 Blu-Ray edition.
