It was produced by Fox Star Studios and cast late actor Sushant Singh Rajput which was his last movie. Besides Sushant, the film stars Sanjana Sanghi, Saswata Chatterjee, and Swastika Mukherjee, among others. Dil Bechara was released on Disney+Hotstar in July, and the film was made accessible to all users without any subscription, in honor of Sushant. Dil Bechara received mixed reviews and was the most searched film of 2020. The data was published by Google India that stated Dil Bechara got the highest rating of 10. 

Soorarai Pottru 

Tamilian drama “Soorarai Pottru” is partially inspired by events from the life of GR Gopinath, the founder of Simplify Deccan (formerly known as Air Deccan). This wonderful movie is imagined, written, and directed by Sudha Kongara, and the actors starring the movie are Suriya, Paresh Rawal, Aparna Balamurali, Urvashi Mohan Babu, and Karunas. Due to COVID-19, the theatrical release of the film was canceled and the movie was digitally released through Amazon Prime Video in November. It has been dubbed in Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu for various types of audiences.

Ludo 

“Ludo” is Anurag Basu’s dark comedy that revolves around two people studying life and death, and eventually decides to play the game of ludo. The film starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanya Malhotra, Pankaj Tripathi, Rajkumar Rao, and Pearle Maaney, connect with the lives of all the characters in the game. Ludo’s time duration is 150 minutes and was released near Diwali on Netflix. Anupama Chopra, a film critic gave positive reviews to the movie and was applauded by many.

Bulbul 

Bulbul is a movie that holds a very important message about a child who gets married early and deals with her life experiencing many hardships life throws in front of her. The movie “Bulbul” is directed by Anvita Dutt which is one of the masterpieces. Bulbul removes all the stereotypes that people carry in their minds. The movie is based on the 80s in Bengal, where Bulbul, a child-bride walks her journey from innocence to strength.

Raat Akeli Hai 

“Raat Akeli Hai” is a movie which is full of thriller and crime. The cast of the film includes the National Film Award-winning actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, International Emmy Awards nominee, and Netflix’s favorite Radhika Apte, Shweta Tripathi, and Ila Arun. The movie is directed by Honey Trehan, who released the film Raat Akeli Hai in July which was distributed by Netflix. It’s a story of a police officer who discovers and examines the death of a rich aristocrat. The film runs for 149 minutes and received positive reviews and a good response from the audience. Currently, it has won the Flyx Filmfare Award for the Best Film (Web Original), and Best Actor (Web Original – male) for Nawazuddin’s performance.
