Make Workout Your Daily Habit. Follow The Tips To Stay Fit


All love to stay fit and have become health conscious, especially during Covid 19. But as the Coronavirus vaccinization has started people have again taken the situation lightly. One shouldn’t forget the health measures and should make the workout a habit. It’s difficult and it’s something that we’ve all suffered, it is that you used to try to exercise daily but not able to achieve your goal of exercise daily. 

Here are few tips on how to make the workout your daily habit.

#1 Same Time

Try doing your workouts at the same time every day. Decide your time whether it is in the morning, evening, or lunch. Just set a time and stick to it. Send yourself a reminder, an email, or a text reminder, or a memo so you’ll never forget. Then, when you get the reminder, do it right away. Don’t accept any delays.

#2 Start Small, Progress Later

Just, Start small. If you start your workout routine with lots of energy, passion, and spirit, doing too much, in the beginning, leads to quitting your habit. The reason is your body is not used to that kind of stress. In the starting do less but do regularly. Get your body slowly used to daily exercise, and form that habit. Once your body is used to daily exercise, you can slowly start to increase the amount and intensity of your exercise. Once your body is used to it, you can start increasing the length of your workouts. Just grow by slowly and steadily.

#3 Do what You Like and Don’t Go With the Same

Do something you like & enjoy. Dance, swimming, exercises, yoga, and so on. But, it should be an activity you know you can do without too much pain or discomfort. Don’t go with the same exercise because you will get bore so mix up your workout exercise. Instead of doing the same exercise every single day, do a variety of sports, and that makes it much more interesting. 

#4 Don’t Skip a Day

Don’t skip a day until it becomes a habit. Skip a day will make your habit formation harder. Go with one thing, Consistency is a key, so try not to skip a single day. Start with a 30-day challenge.

#5 Reward Your Self

Give rewards to yourself. Once you start doing a workout and achieve your small goal reward yourself. Like- Buy new walking shoes when you achieve 5,000 steps a day give. Rewards motivate. So decide on a goal and a reward, and work towards it. Some of the rewards of exercise come naturally. Just completing a workout can feel good and, over time, if you’re consistent you’ll crave that feeling.
