The Best Tortilla Wrap – Homemade Recipe


Crunchy Vegetables Tortilla Wrap Recipe is a super nutritious wrap packed no one can believe how easy and delicious they are It’s An ideal lunch box recipe.


You need just a few simple ingredients to make homemade tortillas


  • All-purpose gluten-free flour 
  • hot water
  • 3 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 Tablespoon of vegetable oil

How To Prepare?

Bring it all together and just mix it up.

Start mixing with 1 cup of warm water, use your hand to mix it, if it’s dry add more water in it, and make it a soft dough. 

Divided into portions. To do this, cut the dough in half, then cut each half in half again. Repeat this until you have few roughly equal-sized pieces of dough. Roll each piece into a ball and then use the palm of your hand to flatten them slightly. Cover them with a tea towel and let them rest for 15 minutes. Roll each one out to form your tortilla. 

Once rolled, the flour tortillas are ready to cook. You do this in a dry (so no oil) skillet or frying pan.

Place a tortilla into the hot skillet and cook for a minute on one side, flip and cook for 30 seconds on the other. Once cooked, wrap them in a tea-towel while you make the next one.

Veggies Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) 
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Zucchini 
  • 1/4 cup Carrots (Gajjar) 
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, 
  • 1 Boiled potato
  • 1 Onion, 
  • Italian pizza seasoning, chili flakes, and ketchup

You can choose veggies accordingly.

Greek yogurt sauce Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Hung Curd 
  • 2 cloves Garlic, 
  • 5 sprig Coriander Leaves(Dhania)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt 

Recipe of Veggies and Yogurt Sauce

Just begin with making Vegetables Tortilla Wraps.

Wash and thinly cut all the vegetables in equal lengths and keep them aside. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan.

Add thinly sliced onion and garlic paste, saute them for few seconds.

Now add yellow Zucchini and Red Bell pepper and carrot saute them properly but don’t overcook them.

Add mashed potato, and saute it for a couple of minutes.

Add crushed black pepper, Italian pizza seasoning, chili flakes, and ketchup. Add salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Now turn off the flame, and transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down.

Next, Take a mixer- jar and put the yogurt, garlic, coriander leaves, pepper powder, and salt according to taste. grind it until smooth.

Take a bowl and toss the vegetables in this greek yogurt sauce.   

Take a tortilla apply a thin layer of Oetker Funfoods Dr. Oetker Mayo Veg mayonnaise, and now add place 2-3 tablespoon full of the vegetables filling in the middle and roll it. Top it with some grated cheese.

Cut it into small finger-sized pieces and serve.
