Know how you work tracking your time, understand your work habits and the time of day when you finish work most successfully. you’ll also notice problem areas, where you tend to be less productive or identify certain scheduling quirks that you can work around–such as weekly meetings or appointments or even when that one coworker comes by to chat for a few minutes.
#3 Make a to-do list
Make a to-do- list and which work you have to finish in how much time it will take. and, manage it on regular basis.

But doing so can mean you spend all day writing emails, instead of focusing on your work. Force yourself to check emails at certain times throughout the day. #7 Be Healthy
Be healthy for being productive, sleep well at least 7 to 8 hours, be hydrated, exercise daily. Start each day with a healthy breakfast, If you have an unhealthy breakfast, or skip on eating anything at all, it will just leave you feeling tired, agitated, and distracted. Get out and do exercise every day. Even if it’s just half an hour of walking on your lunch break. Exercise will help clear your mind and keep you focused.
