Smile big while holding the teeth covered and repeat it six times. Then, hold the smile shape while putting one index finger on the chin. #2 Yoga For Eyes
Simple yoga exercises can help strengthen the eyes.
*Palming – Rub your hands together for 10 to 15 seconds. Then gently place your hands over your eyes, with the fingertips resting on the forehead, the palms over the eyes.
* Eye Rolling – Roll your eyes into a clock or anti-clockwise.
* Focus Shifting – Relax your body and breathe comfortably, Hold one arm straight with the thumb pointing up and focus on your thumb, then arm back to its original outstretched position, while maintaining focus on the thumb. Repeat up to 5 to 10 times.
#3 Yoga For Forehead
For Forehead Yoga Place both the hands on the forehead facing inwards and covered all of the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline. Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Yoga for Eye Brows – Put an index finger under each eye, pointing towards the nose. Hide the teeth and form an ‘o’ with your mouth. Flutter the upper eyelids while gazing at the ceiling for 30 seconds.
#5 Yoga For Chin And Neck
Yoga for the chin and Neck is useful for double chin and loose skin on Neck. Turn your head back and look toward the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin. Hold the jaw just for a 10 count. Relax your jaw and turn your head to a neutral position.
